AvPics (formerly QC Pics) is professional photo QC and inspection documentation for aviation parts companies — built for the receiving dock, the inspection bench, and the shipping table. Part of the AvTools platform. START WITH A SCAN Scan an order barcode (or type an ID) and the batch names itself. Shoot in sequence with glove-sized controls, one-tap zoom presets, and photo-type chips — General, Data Plate, Serial Number, Defect — right at the shutter. PHOTOS THAT HOLD UP LATER Every photo keeps its exact shutter order through review, reports, and your ERP. Burn a timestamp watermark into each shot, enforced company-wide by admin policy. Flag defects and annotate them on the spot. SYNC YOU CAN VERIFY Honest per-photo status shows exactly what has reached the cloud. Push a batch to your ERP, then tap its status to list the files actually attached in AvSight — names, sizes, timestamps, and a deep link to the record. Offline-first for hangar and field environments: capture without a network and sync when you're back.
