And, there is no one to call. Needs an immediate update. ### 1/5 — Outdated and the new Avycon One seems not retrofitable… *2022-12-13, version 1.10.0* The app interface for Video etc is appaling; as if no one has opened a competitive App to try to match. Recently, a new problem arose with my Norton VPN without warning. Avycon worked perfectly with this software for a couple of years. Then stopped altogether. Aftera tedious 2-3 hours of research, I found the answer, ie turn the VPN off. My low voltage specialist showed me the new AVYCON ONE app that is supposed to be better. Not sure how it is supposed to be installed but so far is not working with my existing installation.
