I don’t know if this is a feature specific to the company I’m signing a waiver for or if it’s required for all waivers.

A video recording to verify my identity and ensure I actually read the waiver??? That’s completely excessive and an invasion of privacy. No other business I’ve ever worked with has ever required a video recording.

Had a previous issue with the app, but the developers quickly addressed the issue. We’ve been using the app for a couple years now. The app is easy to use, we’ve had a positive experience overall.

**Developer response:** We have deployed an update that removes the requirement for at least 2 names in the signature field.  We have also fix a bug that may have allowed the moving on to next step without entering all names.
