١- تحديد الموقع: 
يحتاج لمرونة في التحديد لأنه الخاصية لديكم بحسب الموقع لي أتحرك فيه وهذا ما يمنحن المرونة في توصيل الغاز للمنزل المراد.
أو يمكن إضافة خانة لإضافة عنوان.
٢- حبَّذا ترتيب الخيارات للمنتجات مع صور لهم ليعطي جذبا أكثر.
٣- لما يتم قبول الطلب؛ حبَّذا إرسال تفاصيل المزود بنوع سيارته وصورة لها، وصورته الشخصية.
٤- الدفع: يا حبَّذا لو يتم تسريع الدفع بالبطاقة أو التحويل، كثير بيصير أسهل لي وللآخرين مثلي.
٥- الأسعار تنافسية ومعقولة جدا، فضلتكم على غيركم في السعر.

It’s been more than an hour since i gave my order. At first the app showed me the confirmation number and the status as assigned but then suddenly it started to crash and now no orders are being displayed. I restarted the app and tried to look at the “orders” page. It just shows the loading symbol and then crashes. I restarted the app and decided to look at my profile. But as usual the loading symbol pops up and then the app crashes. I tried to order through this app from another phone but it’s stuck on the sign in page. Please resolve this issue.

لي تجربة واحدة واخيرة لطلب غاز الطبخ عن طريق التطبيق في المرة الاولي تم طلب طلبي من قبل احد الاخوة ولكن لم يتم التوصيل وبعد التواصل مع صاحب سيارة نقل الغاز اكتشفت ان سيارته معطلة وقد كنت انتظر الاستجابة لطلبي فوق ١٢ ساعة 
في اليوم التالي تم انشاء طلب ثاني وتم قبول الطلب في غضون ثواني ولصاحب سيارة نقل غاز واحدة تعمل خلال فترة الصباح ولعدم اعتمادي علي قبول الطلب فقط تواصلت مع صاحب السيارة ولكن للأسف اخبرني بأن وقت التوصيل سيكون بعد ساعة او اكثر فقررت الغاء الطلب وحذف التطبيق والرجوع للطريقة التقليدية وهي حمل اسطوانة الغاز وتبديله من المخزن مباشرة .

I’ve been using Awan Gas for years and the service is extremely reliable. My only wishes is that they upgrade the app’s functionality with features such as allowing users to store addresses. I don’t want to have to pin my house on the map every time I want to order a replacement gas cylinder, especially when I’m in the office when they message me from home that we need gas. Also maybe add the functionality of repeating an order so I don’t have to choose everything again when it’s the same item every time.
