Why pay a subscription to an commercial app when you can get all you need via the Aware App for free. Excellent resource and support for your own self care. I got serious and now I’m practising, practising, practising. Thanks for the support Aware app.

This app is a god send and it’s free!!! I’ve been practicing meditation and inner practices for over 2 decades and also tried various meditation apps. For meditation and community this is hands down the best one I’ve ever used. Intuitive, welcoming, sleek and above all packed with a range of research based meditations that are easy to do and powerfully effective. And the community on there is awesome.
