I like the premise of the app but  the emotions are not based on the primary emotions making it difficult to use.

I like the simplicity of this app! It helps to monitor and articulate my feelings. I think it would be even more useful to see a time stamp on feeling entries as multiple feelings are felt throughout at day. And, it’d be great to see a definition of each word to save me from looking it up outside of the app. Hopefully those are two enhancements that others would find helpful too.

I recorded quite a bit of text but can’t scroll up or down the page to read what I wrote previously.
Also it would be useful to be able to export entries.

For those of you wanting to really get in touch with your emotions, this is the best way to do it. Other apps just let you pick a picture or just give your emotion a number. The best way to figure out your emotion is to give it a name, which this app does perfectly. 

Some suggestions:
- the ability to color code the emotions would help 
- please please please let us export our data to a csv or txt 
- reminder system to remind us to log our feelings?

Anyway thank you dev for this amazing app
