This App is to help shift your Awareness to higher quality thoughts and actions on a daily basis. It was created by Frederick Dodson, author of 25 books in success and consciousness. You can set different types of "wake-up-calls" at times and in intervals that you specify. That's a great lesson in presence & awareness and I just chuckled! Of course my attention was about 18" in front of my skis, and beyond that, where the next turn was. NO PLACE else!  Great lesson to carry off the slopes!  Thank you for interrupting my run to remind of a great point.  The app rocks...even on top of a mountain! ### 4/5 — ***IMPORTANT APP.
