## What is awareyess?

We offer you a personalized journey with simple exercises to increase your self-awareness. This way you learn more about who you are and what you need for your personal growth. This increases happiness, unlocks potential and keeps you healthy.

In addition to increasing your own self-awareness, it is important to have good conversations with each other and to tackle central themes together. That is why our app is mainly used in long-term trajectories with good guidance.

Do we know who we are?
Scientific research shows that 95% of people think they are self-aware, but in reality this is 10-15%. So almost all of us still have something to learn about ourselves.

What is self-awareness?
Self-awareness is the will and the skill to understand yourself and how others see you. This affects your well-being, happiness, relationships, collaborations, decision-making and communication.
