The physical branches don’t have access to reversing faulty transactions and so far I have lost 300 birr in tele payments and 5000 birr in “send money” atm transfer. The phone agents have tried and so did the branch reps. Not sure who to talk to anymore, and I don’t know if I am comfortable depositing in my dollar account anymore.
