Doesn’t review hotel submissions
I have been waiting for two months, and neither of my requested hotels have been reviewed yet.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! We apologize for the experience you had. We actively process submissions daily and prioritize high-impact hotel requests, but with the high volume we receive, delays can happen. In the meantime, you can also use the Custom Place feature to add any niche or unlisted destinations to yourself directly. Two months is definitely longer than we'd like you to wait. Please reach out to us at frontdesk@awaybook.app so we can look into it and see what we can do to make this right.

缺的酒店太多了，四季这样的很多大连锁报缺之后也一直没人审核，少一家酒店，榜单就不全，不全就没有意义，少一个和少100个一样的
