It's 2026 already! We need new tracks, not endless repeats! Am an IPhone user. This app is so unstable, lately clicking on play, but no response at all. Deleted and reinstalled app so many times. And when toggle to other app, the music just stop playing. ### 2/5 — Unnecessary advertisements *2023-05-02, version 4.2.5* 2May: Delete app. Advertisement came back. Totally irritating 26Apr: Thanks for removing the ads. Please never ever bring it back. 6Apr: You punish users of the app by making us listen to 30 secs of advertisements each time we open the app to listen to your programs. Why? Especially since we already get advertisements during normal programming. More irritating when you switch between stations in the app or when a different program starts in the station, you get the 30 secs advert again. Very bad experience ### 3/5 — Apple Carplay *2022-09-04, version 4.1.7* Please update the app to remove bugs for carplay. When receiving messages and after siri have read the message, the app does not auto continue playing. Have to toggle the station to continue. Sometimes it hangs and unable to resume or have two channels playing at the same time. Not good when driving and end up muting or simply not bothering to figure out how to resume the radio. ### 4/5 — Missing track name for all tracks playing *2021-04-10, version 4.0.1* Missing track name while playing which is basic for previous app. Please work on it for next update. Great songs collection. But these frequent disconnection makes the listening pleasure not pleasant. Please update ether apps to have the bug fixed. ### 4/5 — Minor bug *2019-12-10, version 3.3.21* Small matter but would appreciate it if the title of the song is displayed in the ‘Player’ page instead of making us favourite every song to see what the title is. Speaking of that, there’s a little bug in the font size after favouriting a particular song. Font size for song title overlaps artist’s name. Disabled the stop/pause button! Genius! Sometimes it connect back but most times it will just remain cut off. Have to go back to app and then press play again. After reinstalling, there is no radio stations available to select. ### 1/5 — Does not work well on IOS *2021-06-28, version 4.0.4* The radio app has the same issues as the SPH app from before. The app does not work well with IOS with audio keep getting cut off at random and the need to constantly close then reopen the app for it to function properly. ### 1/5 — This app HIGHLY LIKELY causes a sudden reboot *2021-05-01, version 4.0.2* After using this app, my phone suddenly self-rebooted itself without warning 4 times, all while listening to music on this app. Deleted the app and no more sudden reboots. Can’t be 100% sure but warning on this. ### 1/5 — Shortcuts not working properly *2021-01-07, version 3.4.2* Added radio station shortcut and opening Apple Shortcuts app to trigger the action. It will load and start playing the added radio station but also prompt an error “Could not run Play UFM100.3 the operation took too long to complete. Please try again.” Despite the fact that the radio station already started playing in the background. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t support iPhone 5S with iOS12 *2020-12-20, version 3.4.2* After updated with the latest version, my iPhone 5S no longer can play the radio app as before. Whenever launch, the app will hang & wait for very long like pending connection. Then an error msg pop showing “The operation couldn’t be completed. Software caused connection abort” Feel disappointed & frustrated after new update cos used to listen 963 HaoFM with my mobile phone. Now have to listen via web base with less features. No choice but to switch to other radio stations with app no problem...sad! ### 1/5 — Does not work with iPad. *2020-09-01, version 3.4.1* The app is a joke. It had been working well with my iPad for a while. But, after that, it stopped working. At first, I thought that it was due to the lack of WiFi connection. But, even with the iPad next to the router, there was no connnectivity. I tried turn off my iPad and this app still did not work. There was no connectivity for all the stations in this app. Very frustrating with this app. Giving up on this app, as I will be switching to other stations, where their app if working well. ### 1/5 — Switching station skips 96.3 Hao FM *2018-11-06, version 3.3.12* I wonder why is SPH paying this App developer for pulling down the ratings of its radio stations!! I submitted the below for almost a year and the problem is still there, with addition of other problems which others has feedback in the review. Hi developer, I use this app daily with my car audio system using Bluetooth connection. I can switch between stations using the “skip track/next” button on car audio, but funny thing is the app will skip the 96.3 Hao FM, only the other four stations will be revolving. Another issue is the music will play on loud speaker when my phone rings during incoming calls. Doesn’t auto reconnect and I have to keep taking out the phone, open app and reconnect. If we are listening to this app radio and happen to be at Facebook watch video, once video turn off, it does not auto switch back to this app radio. Like today no connectivity... u hv such a wonderful morning cast and many likes to listen.. but this app connection issue needs to fix.... intermittent performance... ### 1/5 — The issue with the “improved and updated” app *2017-12-29, version 3.0.5* I feel that this latest version of SPH app is bad compared to the older version of kiss92 app. I have experience several times of the app automatic disconnect and I have to tap into the app for more than 7 times in a day.
