It’s just videos of the area, there’s not simulation what so ever. Just use YouTube, it’s free

This simulator will allow you to create most cases for your teaching program at a fraction of the cost of some other simulators. The ability to create and edit cases opens opportunities to create a powerful teaching tool.

I use the app to support in-situ full scale simulation training. The app is perfect  to allow the simulation of eFAST procedures without being complicated to use. For future developments I would love to have a M-Mode included for the (more accurate) detection of pneumothorax.
