Awfis nucleus mall I tried to book then suddenly this person came to me and asked not to book at all, book meeting room only and don’t book anything else even tho available! Yucks, wanted to try this Awfis but it’s really sad!

Sad that you’ve to download an app just to connect to their Wi-fi at work. 
My experience working here hasn’t been pleasant. They lack basic amenities like Sugar, Tissue all the time.

One of the worst companies.App does not work properly.you book one property in app different one in different state gets booked and if you cancel they will say that they will process it and refund you but they won’t.lost 10000 just for booking and not even using the premises even for one minute. Strongly recommend to go for some other co working options.

Signed up, got OTP but not sure where to enter it. Tried signed in. It says account not active… again got OTP, but no place to enter it. Also no activate account option. Really bad UX. You may be losing customers. I’m moving to other providers.

Opted for a day pass for two people, paid for two people, booking showed up as 1 person for two days. The next day was a Sunday when Awfis was closed and there is no customer support number. Absolutely bad customer experience.

AWFIS company manages multiple floors in mangy building. Despite our repeated efforts to address the AC issue with the concerned team, it remains unresolved for more than 1 year. Unfortunately, the team has been unable to provide a permanent solution and often offers inadequate explanations. In addition, there have been sightings of cockroaches near the cafeteria's coffee machine, and the maintenance of the urinal places does not meet the Service Level Agreement. These conditions make the office environment unsuitable for work, as the food plates are not properly cleaned, resulting in a persistent foul odor. Moreover, the absence of a designated area for washing coffee mugs and food plates poses health risks to employees. It seems that the building team has overlooked these issues on multiple occasions.
