This app is perfect for any level from beginner to advanced it’s the perfect place to track your workouts. The videos give clear examples of form. There is no guess work with what you should be doing. You can adapt to home or gym and have tons of variety for which plan works better for your life. I found that the habit tracking was actually so helpful for keeping myself accountable, it’s the life hack I didn’t know I needed. The creator is super helpful and very responsive if you need any help in the app.
