The app doesn’t even work so you can’t even see how much you have left on your loan they did this as a scam strategy to not pay off early , god sees what you do and will give you karma

For the past 12+ hrs., I’ve been trying to log into either my app (which says the app is unavailable) or online (which will not allow me to log into either. The website keeps saying that my username and password are invalid, and I’ve changed them both. Like please tell me what’s going on? All I would like to do is to check my account and make a payment.

Predatory and illegal company based on a reservation. They do not have the legal right to do this to you and cannot pursue failure of payment.

once you put the loan on , interest day 1 day 2 and we all know you not gonna pay it off right away . so before you know it the payment amount is twice the money you owe if you wait all those months .

Wouldn’t recommend taking any kind of loan from them. Borrowed $400 and ended up paying nearly $24 worth of interest in just 3 DAYS. You don’t find out the interest rate until you borrow. Keep track of every email you get from them. When they charge you more interest, you wouldn’t know if you don’t log on the app since they don’t email you. Find another way to get emergency money. Just not from AWL.

DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT take a loan from this company, they blatantly withhold information until AFTER you take the loan They have a 5 dollar interest rate per day and this information is NOT accessible until after you get the money. So no matter how much money you pay you’ll ultimately pay 3 times what you borrowed and if you don’t pay they add fees daily making the loan impossible to pay back without paying it in full.

BIGGEST MISTAKE OF 2020 WAS DOING BUSINESS WITH AWL. THEY ARE A SHAM OF A COMPANY AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

You know what you’re getting into with this company-high interest rate because you’ve either exceeded your current credit availability, have an emergency or having a hardship of some sort.  Ok.  But to make it difficult to have options to pay early is rather shady.  I’ve used this company a number of times and rather disappointed lately that I can’t just get online to make an additional payment or pay off early.  Not to mention, calling on the weekends is unavailable as well.  Pretty shifty.  I will be finding another company to use for these emergency services going forward.
