حجزت تنظيف بالساعة من التطبيق واليوم اللي مفروض تجيني فيه العاملة في الوقت اللي انتظرها تواصلت معاي موظفة عندهم اسمها دلال باجبير وطبعا قالت انه مضطرين يأجلون الزيارة بسبب عطل في الباص وبعدها اجلت الزيارة ولا عاد جت العاملة ولا تواصلو للالغاء ولا رجعوا الفلوس وما صاروا يردو كلهم الله يحرقهم جميعا

العاملة كانت سيئة اداء واخلاق ولم نستفد منها الاستفادة المطلوبة ومع ذلك لم يتم تعويضنا بعاملة بديلة وضاعت فلوسنا ووقتنا على الفاضي

اكتشفت اي تطبيق اسعارهم رخيصه خدمتهم سيئه تكنسل يوم التوصيل من عندهم بحجة ان المنطقه مافيها تغطيه شبكه والسواقين جوالاتهم تقفلت والمواقع ماتفتح  😂 اهم شي هما مصدقين العذر الي محد يصدقه وبدون تعويض طبعاً لكن لما العميل يبغى يغير اليوم لازم يدفع ٧٠ ريال !!! العامله تجي ونفسها ف خشمها ماتبغى تشتغل ! وماهي متدربه وبطيئه جداً تضيع الوقت وخرجت بدون ماتخلص الشغل وترفع القربعه الي سوتها مع ان الشقه صغيره ٣ غرف ! وتواصلت مع خدمة العملاء محد يرد 😂 خدمة عملاء يبالهم خدمة عملاء وتدريب
