For as much as this system cost for a local high school, the app has to be improved quickly. Seems as if it was rolled out before it was ready. Using this app is never smooth process. Error messages, batters skipped, clips not tagged correctly due to batters being skipped. It seems as if it has a mind of its own at times and coaches are left to try and fix the issues it creates. A coach who had AWRE well before me said it best, “AWRE is great, when it works.”

I really want to like this. There are times when I am thrilled with what it provides me as a coach, but for the cost and how the app works in tandem with the cameras, the app HAS to get better.

We’ve received similar reports around lineup behavior and substitutions, and those issues have been addressed in our latest update. You should see much smoother handling there.

We’re also continuing to improve overall performance and reliability, including the freezing and syncing concerns you mentioned. Your feedback is helping guide those improvements.

This app worked for about one day and just decided to quit.

The app skips players from time to time and making substitutes or changes during the game is not a smooth process. This causes the sync with the video to be completely off at times. App also moved slow and seems to freeze at times. This could also cause the syncing issue. Love the AWRE system, but this app needs A LOT of work. The way it is now I have to use this and GameChanger because I can’t fully trust this charting app.

The demo seems to be a huge improvement from the current chatting app. When is going live??
