I wanted to give them some nutritional advice not buy the item! I’m just hoping that when it arrives it suits a size 12-14 person. I think these adverts should be modelled by several different sized people/models. That would be really helpful! Going to keep on shopping as haven’t got much faith in it looking good on me! I do not recommend buying from here. ### 1/5 — Poor returns policy *2026-06-11* Ordered 3 dresses, just needing 1 for a wedding. They offered me low cash refund (not covering the 2 returned dresses) or higher voucher to only redeem online. I ordered more items only to return for poor quality. There was nothing else I liked and after seeing the poor quality of previous items I just wanted my money back. They are now refusing to send my money back. Please do not order from here! ### 1/5 — Sent wrong item *2024-02-14, version 8.5* Not only did they send the wrong item but they want me to pay to return it because the returns portal won’t work ### 1/5 — App and website is dated and have flaws. Out of pocket now due to an app glitch *2023-10-08* This is the 2nd time I’ve had to order the dress. The website prompted me to complete purchase via app for 10% off. Which I did but did not realise that it defaulted the size back to an size8. I tried everything to amend it within the first few minutes but the app doesn’t give that option. I then emailed the only place I could for them to only respond within 30 minutes of my order being placed saying it was already past fulfilment so I would have to reorder or wait to return. I think this is a very dated process and app has many flaws as well as website. Customer service got back quickly but only to say that the simplest of request, so early in the order couldn’t be done therefore not that helpful. When trying to post this review it also took a lot of time as it wouldn’t let me continue without giving myself a nick name- all tried where taken and I got to the point where I nearly gave up ### 1/5 — Terrible company - avoid *2023-06-11* Don’t shop with Ax Paris they are absolutely terribly to deal with. No after sales service for their poor quality items. Seem unwilling to sort out return for and refund a faulty item. But sadly very poor quality clothing! ### 1/5 — Terrible company *2020-11-13* If I could give 0 stars I would. Lovely clothes, but sadly like many other reviewers I’ve seen on their social media, trustpilot etc, their customer service is shambolic. I had a missing refund of over £100. It took me 6 months to finally get it via a voucher and only after I sent emails, wrote on their social media, and left a negative trustpilot review because I had no response. Over a month later they finally replied with a curt, rude response with my voucher. No apology for the delay, no explanation. So many other people have had to raise chargebacks and raise trading standards investigations. Be warned!! ### 1/5 — Extremely poor customer service! *2020-09-18* I wouldn’t even give the service 1 star! I’m having massive issues getting a refund, nobody responding to numerous emails/complaints sent. Only getting the same useless automated response back to me over and over again. The tops I ordered took a while to be delivered, quality was a big let down, not what I expected and so I returned them and can’t get my money back! Looking at various social media posts and other comments, this seems to be a common issue. Yet nobody is responding to anyone. I’ve had to resort to raising a dispute with my bank, completely unacceptable service. Really disappointing. ### 1/5 — Awful customer *2020-09-16* I’ve struggled to even give a 1 star but no stars isn’t an option. I have ordered clothes from here in the past, and they weren’t the best of quality. I have recently ordered again, but they were not to my satisfaction so I have sent them back. I am still awaiting my refund, I have tried contacting AX PARIS a number of times via email, to have a reply or an automatic email. I finally got a reply from someone, to email back my problem to them be ignored again. Absolutely diabolical and poor customer service. They need to work on their customer service skills and if that is over email, as there is no other way to contact them they need to start replying to customers urgent emails wanting to know where THEIR money is. The company is quick enough to take the money when purchasing but not so quick to refund you the money when you send something back. Absolutely disgusting and if this isn’t resolved soon, I will be taking my matter further.
