I’ve checked, and it’s not an issue with my connection, as other brokers work at the same time. Quite frustrating considering I have money in my live account that just sits there. I have “lost connection” during two trades and all my money was gone each time. It’s like clock work. Once you move into bigger trades they steal your money. Do not use this app. I have pics to prove it. The app freezes non stop, no one helps. A simple email takes week to get a response. They will message this post and provide me with a email that is useless and no one gets back to you. There is no help, you have been warned.
