## What is Axia?

Axia is the nutrition companion built specifically for people on GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide.

When your appetite shrinks, every bite counts. Axia helps you make sure the food you do eat protects your muscle — starting with protein.

PROTEIN-FIRST TRACKING
• A daily protein target sized to your body, front and center
• Home-screen widget shows today's protein without opening the app
• A protein streak that shows the days you hit it, and your best run yet

AI FOOD SCANNING
• Snap a photo — calories, protein, and macros logged in seconds
• Barcode scanning and search when that's faster
• Quick re-log for the meals you eat all the time

MEDICATION & SYMPTOM TRACKING
• Log each shot and see days since your last dose at a glance
• Rotate injection sites with a visual guide
• Track nausea, fatigue, and other symptoms alongside your dose cycle

INSIGHTS
• Plain-language readings of your own logs, not population averages
• Weight trend with plateau detection
• A muscle-preservation score from your protein and your rate of loss
• Which day of your dose cycle your symptoms actually cluster on
• A provider-ready PDF or CSV of your last 90 days for appointments
• Apple Health sync for weigh-ins

Axia estimates your medication level from the shots you log and published half-lives — it is not a measured blood level and not medical advice. Levels and symptoms vary from person to person. Never change your dose or timing without talking to your prescriber.

Axia does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or dosing recommendations. Always follow your healthcare provider's guidance. Axia Pro is a subscription that auto-renews unless cancelled; manage anytime in Settings.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-25

Trulicity support, logging that works offline, and notifications you can actually find.

YOUR MEDICATION
• Trulicity (dulaglutide) is now fully supported — estimated levels, dose options and cycle timing, like every other GLP-1 Axia models
• Pick your medication and dose from a list instead of typing them
• "Ozempic" and "Ozempic (Semaglutide)" now read as the same medication everywhere, so your history stays together
• Shots you logged before adding a medication count toward your cycle length, dose changes and symptom timing again
• Sign-up now asks your dose and how often you inject, once, instead of filling in the gaps for you
• If your medication is set to "As needed", Axia no longer shows a due date for it

LOG FROM ANYWHERE
• Shots and meals save the moment you tap, with or without a signal, and sync themselves when you're back online. A bathroom, a gym or a plane is as good a place to log as anywhere

NOTIFICATIONS, IN ONE PLACE
• Notifications now has its own screen at the top of Settings, instead of sitting part-way down Edit Profile
• Shot reminders, symptom check-ins and food reminders are grouped together, and each saves as you change it
• One reminder time for your whole account — if you'd already set one, your reminders keep arriving exactly when they do today
• Evening food reminders now arrive on your evening, and follow you when you travel

FASTER, STEADIER
• The Medication and Insights tabs paint their finished layout straight away
• The Log Shot sheet opens at its final size
• The app holds the Axia logo while it starts, rather than cutting to a spinner

ALSO FIXED
• Tapping LET'S GO goes straight into sign-up
• Day Details is readable in light mode, and manual food entry lines up
• Back works from screens opened by a notification or a home-screen widget
• Terms and health-data consent stick during sign-up

Estimated medication levels are worked out from the shots you log and published half-lives — they are not a measured blood level and not medical advice.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-07-30

Your dose cycle, read from your own logs.

NEW: NEXT SHOT WIDGET
• See where you are in your cycle from the home screen, alongside the protein widget
• Tap it to log a shot

YOUR SYMPTOMS, ON YOUR CURVE
• Symptoms you log now show up on your estimated medication level, so you can see when they tend to land
• The Medication tab reads your own history — including which day of your cycle you usually find hardest
• Timing follows the medication you're actually on, so what you read matches the curve you're looking at

MORE MEDICATIONS SUPPORTED
• Added oral semaglutide, liraglutide, and compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide
• Each one gets the right cycle length and its own estimated level

SIGN-UP AND SETUP
• Fixed a keyboard trap on the age, height and weight steps — you can move between fields and put the number pad away
• The page no longer jumps around while you move between number fields
• Ages and weights are checked before they're saved, so a typo can't quietly skew your calorie and protein targets
• Buttons that aren't ready yet now look that way, instead of appearing active and doing nothing when tapped
• Terms and health-data consent now live in account creation, where you can read them before agreeing

Estimated medication levels are worked out from the shots you log and published half-lives — they are not a measured blood level and not medical advice.
