It’s ridiculous! ### 1/5 — Please make this more usable to employees! *2025-08-13* Not being able to see who is working the shift with you or access to others phone numbers is ridiculous. Seriously disappointing. Hot schedules was a world ahead. Please talk to the employees to see what is needed and make the changes. I understand it is good in the labor sense but what about the users? My company swapped to this app and are entire team is beyond disappointed, we can’t see who were working with unless you go to swap shifts and scroll through every employee, it’s continuous on glitches. I’ve had several of the same day but different in times, there is a laundry list of why we don’t like this app. We miss HotSchedules sooooo much. Hot schedules is set up in such a way that I really enjoyed how it is very user friendly. If you have a choice, choose hot schedules. ### 1/5 — SLOW *2024-09-27, version 5.1.12* Super slow , And I mean SLOW ### 1/5 — i miss hot schedules….. :( *2024-09-26* my company decided to switch to axial from hot schedules and wow what a downgrade that was! i recommend the developers of this app download and use hot schedules to get an idea of how a scheduling app SHOULD work. it takes 15 minutes to load everytime i want to see what my schedule is and then another 15 minutes to who i work with. it is SO slow and it’s not just me all my coworkers have complained about it as well. i can’t contact my coworkers because there’s no numbers or emails, can’t see what my schedule is, and can’t see who im working with. PLS FIX THIS OR IM GONNA LOSE MY JOB BY THE TIME MY SCHEDULE LOADS IM ALREADY LATE ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2024-09-26* If I could give this app zero stars, I would. My workplace decided to replace hotschedules with this app and it’s TERRIBLE. Everything takes forever to load, I have to wait 5 minutes to see what time I’m scheduled and I can’t even see who I’m working with without waiting another 5 minutes. While we tried to not give this app a bad wrap off the bat, after a year of it still being complete trash, I guess we should let the truth come to light. You can’t make a schedule on an Apple product. The daily sales constantly stop loading (for example it’s 11:22pm, but the last sale loaded at 6:17). 9 out of 10 times trying to log in, we are forced to wait for the jumping avocado to reach 542 jumps on his jump rope before anything loads. Oh, and the daily tasks. They could not be less user friendly. They often don’t load (shocking, I know), or you attach a photo and it disappears. If you’re not forced to use this app, don’t even bother. ### 1/5 — This app SUCKS *2026-02-08, version 5.2.5* If I could give this app zero stars, I would. I have never in my life written a review for an app. My company switched from HotSchedules to axial a month ago and every single person hates it. My average tip has said 0.17 for the last 2 weeks. You don’t get notifications when someone picks up your shift. It glitches all the time and will cause mass confusion. Team members have to manually put in their numbers… the list goes on. The biggest thing that is missing, is being able to see who is working shifts and when. If you want to pick up but you do not know who is working, you do not know who to ask for their shift.
