## What is Axios Workout Tracker?

Axios Workout Tracker helps you plan training regimens and keep an honest record of your progress—right on your iPhone.

Build workouts for your training days with a clear exercise list and a layout that’s easy to adjust as your program changes.

Review metrics over time to see whether you’re progressing, holding steady, or ready for a new regimen.

No account required. Your workouts and logs are stored on your device first, so you can plan, train, log, and look back without signing in.

Optional cloud backup: Create a free account to sync workouts across devices and recover your data if you replace your iPhone. Sign in from Settings → Account whenever you’re ready—or stay local only. Sign out anytime; your data stays on this device.

If you want a straightforward way to plan, train, log, and review—with local storage by default and cloud backup when you choose it—Axios Workout Tracker is built for that workflow.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.1 — 2026-07-22

Log Workout
• Progressive set locking — edit one set at a time; next unlocks when the current set is complete
• Delete only the last set when more than one set exists
• Inputs scroll above the keyboard while editing
• Save button renamed to “Finish Workout”
• “Great job!” message after finishing a workout

Timers
• In-app banner when a timer expires with the app open; system notifications when backgrounded
• Timer modal updates: close button, pause/resume, restart, and cardio stop-to-save
• More reliable background timer alerts on Android (enable Alarms & reminders in system settings)

Workouts
• Start and Resume buttons stay at the bottom of workout cards
• Start appears before Resume when a draft exists
• “Logged today” badge when a workout was completed today

Metrics
• Execution score uses the plan from when you logged, not today’s template
• Logging extra or fewer sets affects execution score

### 2.0.0 — 2026-07-01

• Optional free accounts and cloud backup
• Local-first: edits save on your device, then sync in the background
• Sync workouts, session logs, and exercise library across devices
• Sync now + sync status in Settings → Account
• Delete account and cloud data in-app
• Still works fully without signing in

### 1.2.2 — 2026-06-17

• Workouts tab redesigned: swipeable cards, due-today/completed badges, last-logged & session stats, tracking history, and resume draft logs
• Rest-between-sets timers for strength & stretch exercises with countdown notifications while logging
• New Settings hub: exercise library, About, feedback, Donate (PayPal), Privacy Policy and Rate the App
• Settings button on more screens; persistent exercise library catalog

### 1.2.0 — 2026-05-31

Metrics: Unified metrics for all activity types with Execution Score charts. Cardio charts follow your plan (distance, duration, pace). Improved best pace & distance totals; fixed duplicate exercises in picker.

Cardio: pace as time per distance; clearer objective/total/segment setup.

Timers on cardio, stretch & sport—countdown with background alerts or count-up; Start/Stop/Close; multiple at once.

Fixes: duplicate exercises when editing logs; legacy relink. Cleaner numeric inputs.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-05-26

New activity types
* Cardio — Plan runs, rides, and more with distance/duration objectives, optional secondary tracking, and per-mile or per-hour segment logging.
* Sport — Track duration and score (with configurable units).
* Stretch — Plan sets × hold duration; log each set individually. Create/edit defaults to seconds; breaths is also available as a duration unit.

Create, log & review
* Activity type picker on Create/Edit Workout and in the Exercise Library.
* Logging UI adapts to each type (sets/reps/weight, cardio segments, sport score, stretch holds).
* Workout cards and the Log tab show type-aware planned vs. actual summaries.

Metrics
* Cardio — Distance, duration, pace, and execution charts; lifetime distance and PRs.
* Sport — Duration, score, and execution trends.
* Stretch — Total duration, execution, and PRs.
* Strength metrics are unchanged.

Units & precision
* Choose units for weight (lb/kg), duration (min, sec, hr, breaths), distance, and score.
* Finer decimal support when logging values and viewing metrics.

Quality of life
* Duplicate exercises in a workout are supported (e.g. repeat the same move multiple times).
* Exercise names must be unique across different definitions — you’ll be warned if a name is already in use.
