## What is AxiPrep?

AxiPrep by Axiwoven helps researchers and students calculate and document scientific preparations on iPhone. Enter the quantities you know, choose explicit units, and review an explained result.

PREPARE AND DILUTE
Find concentration, prepare a solution from solids, calculate material amounts and final volumes, or split a solution into portions. Plan single and serial dilutions with transfer volumes, diluent amounts and visible assumptions.

MIX WITH THE UNITS YOU USE
Calculate formulations using mg/mL, percentages or supported molar units. Enter molecular weight when it is needed. Build recipes with several ingredients and resize a batch while keeping each ingredient’s concentration clear.

UNDERSTAND YOUR ANSWER
Choose from 15 tasks across Prepare, Dilute, Mix and Convert. Search All tasks or use Step by step to review each input. Open How it’s calculated for equations, substituted values, equivalent units and assumptions. Displayed results use up to four significant digits while calculations retain their internal precision.

CONVERT WITH AN EXPLICIT DEFINITION
Convert compatible scientific units, including mass and molar concentration with the material’s molecular weight. Define your own custom-unit equivalence and convert in either direction. For Concentration + amount, enter known mass concentration, material mass and an explicit volume-to-custom-unit definition. Review the calculated volume and custom units together. No equivalence is supplied automatically. Custom units do not establish potency, international units or measurement accuracy.

KEEP YOUR WORK
Save calculation records, materials, reusable inputs, recipes and batch notes. Create PDF calculation records with inputs, results, equations, dates and disclaimers. Optional labels can link to a preparation saved on that phone. Reusing a record opens editable inputs and preserves the original result.

CHOOSE YOUR BACKUPS
Open Help → Backups to export saved work or preview a restore. For automatic backups, choose a folder once. AxiPrep writes dated copies when saved work changes; your chosen file provider handles any cloud upload. Check upload completion in Files. Backups exclude calculator drafts, and restoring remains an explicit action.

WORK OFFLINE
Core calculations and saved work operate locally without an AxiPrep account, ads or analytics. Search eight offline Help guides for short explanations and examples. Scientific references, support and privacy information remain accessible. Exports and optional folder backups may leave your device through the service you choose.

SCIENTIFIC SCOPE
AxiPrep is a calculation aid for scientific preparation, not medical advice or a validated dosing device. It does not recommend treatment amounts, regimens or administration methods. Verify inputs, units, results and actual equipment. A calculation does not establish compatibility, solubility, sterility, stability or expiration. PDF records are calculation aids, not certified electronic laboratory notebook records.
