## What is Axis Athletics?

Axis is the all-in-one coaching platform for personal trainers and online coaches — and the app your clients use to actually follow through.

FOR COACHES
• Build a full client roster with custom training and nutrition plans
• Generate workout and meal plans with AI assistance, then fine-tune every detail
• Track each client's adherence, biometrics, and progress photos in one dashboard
• Message clients directly, set daily habits and challenges, and keep everyone accountable
• Run your business: package pricing, revenue tracking, and a client invite system to onboard people in seconds

FOR CLIENTS
• See your training plan, meal plan, and daily targets the moment your coach sets them
• Log workouts, meals, weigh-ins, and progress photos in seconds
• Message your coach directly and get real-time feedback
• Stay on track with daily habits, streaks, and challenges your coach assigns

Axis replaces a scattered mess of spreadsheets, group chats, and PDFs with one connected app — built for coaches who want their clients to actually show up, and clients who want a coach that's actually paying attention.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.6 — 2026-09-22

Account reliability: fixed a rare issue where a new sign-up could be set up as the wrong account type, and made account setup and switching more robust.

### 1.2.5 — 2026-09-22

Clients now see clean, generic workout and meal plan names. Fixed a stuck unread badge, replies being cleared while typing, and a duplicate message on retry. Booking works for accounts without a linked coach. App version now shown in Settings. Reliability improvements.

### 1.2.4 — 2026-09-20

Messaging you can trust: real Delivered status with retry, unread badges that work with the chat closed, no duplicate messages, and reports that reach your coach. Automatic coach messages are now genuinely delivered. Plus fixes for plan activation, booking across time zones, the rest timer, password reset, and several reliability issues.

### 1.2.2 — 2026-09-17

Apple Calendar Connect: hide the times you're busy from your clients' booking picker. Only busy times are read, never event details.

Edit saved workouts before assigning with the new Edit button on every saved program.

Meal photos now upload to secure storage and show on your coach's dashboard.

Fixes: assignments and messages arrive without reopening the app, faster launch, more reliable sync, check-in reminders for every client, and a Retry for failed photo reads.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-09

Auto-messages now fire automatically for streak milestones, step goals, and skipped workouts — previously these needed a manual trigger. Turning a rule off now fully stops it from sending. Check-in calendar moved above your availability settings on the Business tab. Bug fixes and stability improvements.
