It’s trap and you can not leave the bank….No service for NRIs, no escalation levels, rules and forms change every day, App crashes, if you change mobile then account is still linked to old device… don’t try email indemnity option

### 1/5 — Confusing UI – Combined Balance Across Different Accounts

I have both a Savings Account and a Current Account with Axis Bank. The Current Account is meant to be used through the Neo app, while my Savings Account is used through the Open by Axis Bank app.

However, the Open app automatically shows both accounts together and displays a combined balance on the home screen. This creates unnecessary confusion. Users should be able to view only the account relevant to that app or at least have the option to hide specific accounts.

One thing I don’t understand is this: if Axis Bank has provided Open by Axis Bank primarily for Savings Accounts and Neo by Axis Bank for Current Accounts, then why are both accounts being reflected in the same application? It defeats the purpose of having separate apps. I don’t like this feature. I want everything to remain separate, with each app showing only the account it is intended for.

I have already contacted customer support, deregistered and registered the app again, set my primary account, and completed all the troubleshooting steps suggested, but the issue still exists.

This appears to be a UI or technical issue rather than a user issue. Please give customers the option to hide linked accounts or display them separately instead of combining balances. This is a basic banking app feature and would greatly improve the experience for customers who maintain multiple Axis Bank accounts.

AXIS Bank mobile APP is wonderful. In few seconds funds are transferred and message is received, from receiving account that funds are credited. Great 👍🤙

I got to say year after year they add more and more menus and options but it gets so slow and glitchy it’s unbearable.

1. Constantly hangs and sometimes times out before the  option you tried to click opens and asks you to sign in again - all in name of security when its already vetted me 3 times
2. The mobile app otp which it defaults to instead of sms never comes in when i do internet banking. If i had my phone why would i use internet banking. I chose to do internet banking because my phone is not at an arms distance and my laptop can still receive sms.
3. The mobile app otp is 3 menus behind to view on my phone. You spend a minimum of 1 minute.
4. Nothing is ever quick every option you click is a minimum of 4 seconds. It’s like their server is hosted in the moon or something.
5. Even viewing the account money is two screens behind. Who designed this UI?! If i just logged in - most people want to see the amount. Why is it hidden?

The only redeemable thing is it’s not the worst indian bank app. But that bar is low. 

Try making a UI that you will be proud of. Less is more.

Tried to open a NRI account and due to their amazing software they messed up my nominee detail even though I entered correctly for my FD account. Now instead of fixing their software issue they are asking me to close my FD account and open a new one. Are you kidding? How can you ask your client to close the account and reopen due to your software issue.  Congrats, world’s first bank to do this?👏🏻 Apple should consider removing this from App Store due to this scam!
