Not an easy one to use though with lot of advanced options. It is not able to keep the Positions ->F&O tab active in memory. One of the major issues is the financial numbers in the app fluctuate a lot. Within a minute it will show values with two percent profit to one percent negative. Only actual number I can know after market closing. Can’t expect this from company like Axis Bank. Then we need write mails to their customer service which worse than app after taking multiple follow-ups for months they clear your issue. And then app gives another issue. I am already regretting signing up for axis bank demat account. Should have tried a different bank whose apps work smoothly. After installing it never opened up - every time the opening screen - a white background and written “Ring Trading Technology” came up and got stuck - and it never goes further. I couldn’t trade for a single day coz of this app issue. Developers please help me out. I am a dedicated user of the Axis trading platform and appreciate the overall functionality it offers. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the chart view performance, especially in comparison to the Zerodha app. Zerodha's chart view is notably superior, particularly for intraday traders like myself, where chart accuracy is crucial. I urge you to evaluate Zerodha's chart view and consider implementing similar improvements to enhance the overall quality of Axis' charting features. One specific issue I've encountered is that when selecting a 1-month view, the chart automatically changes to daily and hourly, causing irritation. I believe addressing such issues will significantly contribute to user satisfaction. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see positive changes in the upcoming updates to the Axis trading platform. You cannot trade neither you can click any options until the chat menu pop up. It’s so annoying. Worst platform . ### 1/5 — Worst Possible App *2024-01-12, version 1.11.0* The app can awarded as top loser in all dimensions given it doesn’t work, the feeds are delayed, it crashes multiple times and more importantly it does not show the portfolio correctly or even able to show the portfolio. They need to learn at least something from ICICI Securities who are undoubtedly market leader on this segment. It shows error when I try to download portfolio performance report!! No one seem to be testing these. Also couldn’t find the suggested simple app in app store. In general this app is ok.
