ANK APP DEVELOPMENT TEAM, Kindly complete sanity check and do proper UAT before releasing the APP, the most important feature of APPLE FACE ID does not work which is the USP of this APP. After raising a complaint to the CS TEAM, they are asking me to provide a screen recording which should not be my concern. We will investigate immediately & solve the issue. ### 4/5 — Accessibility is needed *2025-07-25* This app is properly accessible with VoiceOver. Keep it up guys. Just advise that swipe button to buy or sell something which is not accessible with VoiceOver. Do it something that we can double tap and hold and swipe which should work everything else is working. Team need to work on it, for example if you search sensex or nifty many dates comes randomly, it should come according to date or monthwise. I have the other app religare its well maintained. And webpage its has always a problem for contract note section. It never downloads at once. ### 3/5 — Poor UI in portfolio *2025-06-02, version Trader App v15.20* Each script in trade history should show purchase price at different levels if there are multiple buying levels for respective scripts. Only average purchase price doesn’t help to book profit/exit. IT IS OF NO USE AT ALL, as first buy first sell rule applies. ### 2/5 — I wonder what that are up to *2024-10-02, version 15.10* Totally useless app Almost nothing works Even sale purchase at times is not easy Not to talk of reports One cannot get any yearly or time bound report of profit and loss Trading view is very slow to respond The things are so haphazard that u have to literally scan whole app to locate something worth And the charges are exorbitant And not even fixed percentage But fixed charges for any buy or sell Nearly fifty rupees for each buy transaction even as small as five thousand rs Difficult to create watchlist Even more difficult to create a sip list No gtt orders It needs total overhaul Sorry to say all this ### 2/5 — Have to reinstall every other day *2024-07-29, version 15.7* The Axis Direct app on ios is really terrible. What can be worse than the app showing your stocks at the wrong price? And then you have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to show the current price. Its also not allowed me to buy or sell anything on a busy day. Solution from the dev team? Right, reinstall the app. Now their axis direct ring app could be better but it does not support ios 16 version, just up to version 17. So i am basically stuck with this terrible version of the app on this phone. It’s good, much much better than the old. The portfolio section can have red and green to show profits/losses like before. Spacing between stocks can be a bit more. The charts of stocks are not easily understandable ### 1/5 — Worst possible app *2024-06-20, version 15.4* The app is barely functional. I’ve requested a basic account statement at least 5 times and just not received it, either automatically or via manual assistance. They also bombard users with spam calls trying to force and pester users into trades. After so many years they have not learnt to at least adopt from others, leave away innovation. ### 1/5 — Cheating Customers. *2025-09-11* Mrs. Amrita from Pune office made me buy Container Corpn. & GNFC stocks. She purchased it on e-margins which was not explained for me. On daily basis the stock would fall & money would be deducted from my bank account. After one year the stocks are sold without my consent & when I asked the reason Mrs. Amrita calls to inform that the stocks were bought for 365 days period. This is an easy way to cheat customers by giving them stocks which benefits them and buying them e-margins. I am closing my trading account and considering if I should continue banking with Axis Bank. **Developer response:** We regret the inconvenience you had to face. We will be happy to assist you. ### 1/5 — Horrible compared to ICICI direct and and HDFC securities *2025-07-30* As soon as I log in it gives a message that my account is facta no. Compliant. It maps to my nre account and not my NRO account that I want to use. I have been unable to execute a single trade from there. Even website is wierd. The orders vanish into thin air and show up only after a couple of days. For ipos both the app and website are worthless. We will investigate immediately & solve the issue. ### 1/5 — RM under pressure of Targets *2025-01-15* My RM asked me to buy a share saying he has insider inputs that share will boom, I said go ahead to buy, he bought 100 shares using all my MTF (e-margin) money and after that share took a dip and remained low to the level of 23% and he continuously advised me to hold and even in 4 months didn’t improve, forcible quit/exit with a huge loss incl interest paid on MTF. He hadn’t used stop-loss and his prediction based on an insider of the equity Company went wrong. Personally he told me that they remain under pressure because of target driven performance. Does this mean management allow to manipulate MTF money of novice clients? Traders using this platform will loose money because of too many technical glitches hindering trades. ### 1/5 — Worlds worst customer service *2024-08-21, version 15.8* Axis bank can never grow I have understood after going through their Customer service till highest level. That also means the top bosses aren’t interested in ensuring the customer service. Buying of shares occurring automatically without my knowledge. Customer care called me for verification and after verification automatically buying of stocks occurred from my account. Also in selling of stocks you are not getting any TPIN feature. Great , but not to be carried away you can still have more features like theta impact forecast, IV crush % , momentum zones. Plus one thing that I would prefer . I should be able to set a buy and exit order for a strike at ones with my price levels . It right now looks for the bought trade before letting me adjust sell triggers. The problem comes from the huge sell margin which the app expects. Now let’s say if you have taken margin for buy then a notational sell order can also be allowed with disclaimer that will trigger only if the contract is bought and within same quantity **Developer response:** Hi, Thanks for your feedback. Then they call you saying they have a research team called Axis alpha . Then they will appoint a guy to call you daily to take more and more trades . Then the guy becomes the Axis Alpha as gets cuts from the brokerage. Surprisingly none of the members including the regional manager Abhijit Kar has no NISM certification. They think their Axis Direct Ring app is good !!! - wake up !!! All Axis Direct apps are extremely slow, outdated and sticky ( lags and freezes ) the management are not even ashamed placing this kind of app in public.
