AXIS HRM is the mobile companion app that lets employees manage everyday HR tasks directly from their phone — quickly, securely, and on the go.

With AXIS HRM you can:

• Attendance — Clock in and out, and track your daily and monthly attendance history at a glance.
• Leave Management — Apply for leave, check your leave balance, track approval status in real time, and cancel a pending leave request if your plans change.
• Calendar — View a monthly calendar with public holidays and your approved leave days clearly marked.
• Requests — Submit and track general workplace requests through a simple, transparent approval workflow.
• Payslips — View and download your monthly payslips securely, whenever you need them.
• Notifications — Get real-time push notifications for leave approvals, rejections, and important company announcements.
• Profile — View your employee profile, attendance summary, and leave balance, and update your profile photo.

AXIS HRM is built for employees who want a simple, reliable way to stay on top of their HR information without waiting on email or paperwork. Whether you're requesting time off, checking your payslip, or catching up on notifications, everything you need is a tap away.

Note: AXIS HRM requires an active account provisioned by your organization's HR department. If you don't have login credentials, please contact your HR administrator.

What's New in This Version

Leave Management
- Fixed short leave and half-day requests — the start/end time selection now works correctly, and the confusing "end day" option has been removed for short leave.
- Leave requests are now displayed in the correct order.
- Fixed an issue where a previous leave-request bug could block new submissions.

Calendar & Attendance
- Fixed calendar totals: Approved leave and Absent days now correctly combine into the Absent count, and the Present day total now displays accurately.
- Monthly Present/Absent counts on the calendar screen now reflect the correct data.
- Fixed alignment issues with attendance display on the profile screen.

Notifications
- Notifications now appear at the top of the screen on mobile for better visibility.
- Backend connection and notification handling improved for more reliable delivery.

Performance
- Added pagination and lazy loading to long lists for faster load times and smoother scrolling.
- General app responsiveness improvements.

UI & Navigation
- Fixed card corner radius inconsistencies across multiple screens.
- Fixed Android back gesture unexpectedly exiting the app when on tabs other than Home.
- Hidden unnecessary back navigation on the main screen.
- Home screen now displays department information and improved "My Requests" section.
- Removed employee ID from the payslip screen for a cleaner layout.
- General visual polish, including updated progress/loading indicators.
