Later the UPI payment couldn’t be made , inpspite of downloading Bhim UPIApp as it wasn’t allowing me to pay more than 5000 After 24 hours I tried to pay again through UPI app of axis bank then every time transaction failed , reason not known . Earlier I was easily paying through net banking but that option wasn’t visible anywhere. Instead, what I got was one of the most frustrating financial app experiences I’ve ever dealt with. This is not a social media app or a food delivery platform where a little inconvenience is acceptable, this is a platform handling people’s hard-earned money. Reliability should be the bare minimum. The app barely opens half the time, takes forever to load, and the servers seem to be constantly down. Ever since I invested, I have struggled just to check my own investments. Imagine trusting a company with your savings and then being unable to even access basic information because the platform simply doesn’t work properly. It honestly feels like the technology infrastructure is years behind what customers expect in 2026. Smaller fintech apps perform better than this. For a company managing billions in investor money, there is absolutely no excuse for such poor digital experience. This is a reality check for the team behind the platform: customers are not asking for luxury features. We just want an app and website that work consistently. If people cannot even log in to monitor their investments, then trust starts disappearing very quickly. Please stop focusing only on marketing and start fixing the actual customer experience. Their customer care is largely unresponsive, and when they do respond, the information provided is often misleading. There is a clear lack of product knowledge, professionalism, customer focus, and empathy in handling investor concerns. I’ve been using the Axis MF app for just two days and it’s pure trash. Nothing works properly. Every single page is filled with errors — loading error, white screen error, OTP not working, login failing again and again. How can such a big company release such a useless, broken app? I literally wasted my time just trying to open and invest, and it crashes or shows an error every single time. Total disappointment. Axis MF, fix your app before calling it “official.” Use KFinKart instead — it’s way smoother, faster, and actually works!
