Reached support but not helpful much. Very confusing OTP. I understand security is important but this app is way beyond security. Grow up kiddos. It gets stuck sometimes and I need to restart my app. And the axis bank app is really frustrating. How someone lives in abroad can get SMS OTP for the first time login. Put email option guys. Why you have to make such a crappy app and make everyone depend on it. It won't login and customer care doesn't even resolve it correctly. I am going to India next month and first thing I do is cancel this account. Why the hell do we need multiple layers of authentication to login to a banking site? Does any banks in the USA needs this? Sometimes this login code doesn't work and up need to do his setup all over again. I despise the person who created this piece of crap. Keeps crashing. There are 10 thousands pin and password just to access my bank balance. They don't understand security. You don't add more security just by making user enter 50 thousand pins just for a simple login or purchase online. They are more more secure that prevents even the account owner from logging in. Looks like they don't want anyone NRI to release any funds. I am going to close my account now. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — More complex for NRI *2024-01-23* Technology upgrades should promote the customer’s experience with safety, but apps like this are frustrating in the name of the many points authentication. I am a NRI, and am expected to send SMS from foreign numbers. Axis bank shall consider us make it easier and safer, if they would like to keep their customers. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS - it is a joke *2023-12-22* If you’re seeing this before you register your account online, DO NOT SELECT TO USE THIS APP. You should NOT SELECT TOKEN VERIFICATION and SKIP that part when registering. They don’t have any control over their team who is responsible for NETSECURE app and Axis Bank representatives are stating over chat in written that the team closes the “service request” saying “app is under upgradation”. This is Axis Bank’s failure the app development team’s failure. ### 1/5 — What a joke of an app *2023-06-17* Why do you create such a dumb app that is so not useful. The people who built this were probably drunk when they designed it or some kind of sadists. If you are forcing this on NRI atleast think of the possibility that not all NRI can send a text/sms to an Indian number to activate the token. The app support is on another level. Chatting with an agent to get this resolved was super frustrating and he didn’t know what to do.
