No idea why they have an app replacing Netsecure, and it does not allow you to register

This is the worst app I have ever seen. No option for registering username. When I enter my axis account details it is showing invalid. My old NetSecure app is not working. Now I cannot access my Axis bank account, and there is no proper information about this anywhere on the website. Looks like Aixs bank services are getting worse and worse. Please fix these issues immediately.

Not a single communication sent out about this 2fac method or instructions on how to setup is available online. Looks like NETSECURE app is deprecated and I had no clue..trying to set up my axis bank access in my new phone and just hit a wall. Absolutely unprofessional bank. Can’t wait to close my NRI account and switch to another bank with better technology options.
