## What is Axis StarPlayer?

Axissoft Mobile StarPlayer has been developed for supporting the MP4 content playback.
StarPlayer is the player that can be used for mobile video content playback.
Now, You can play any MP4 contents on your computer, cafe as well as subway at anytime, anywhere.

The contents of each folder can be managed by the content manager very easily.
StarPlayer supports the screen brightness adjustment and RWD/FWD by using gestures.  
In addition, StarPlayer supports the bookmark, speed control, display aspect ratio, rotation lock and A-B repeat features.

Iphone X를 사용해서 인강을 듣는데 이상하게 앱을 깔았는데도 다시 깔라고 하고, 동영상은 안나오고 검은색 창만 떠서 소리만 들립니다. 제 폰이 문제인지 앱이 문제인진 모르겠지만, 만약 앱 쪽 문제라면 빠른 수정 부탁드립니다!

말씀하신 증상은 PC 설치 화면이 나오거나 예전 앱이 실행된 경우로 보여집니다.
보통 접속하신 페이지가 PC용 페이지일 경우 나타나는 증상으로 접속하신 사이트가 모바일 페이지가 맞는지 확인해 보시거나 사파리 외의 크롬으로 접속하여 이용해 보시길 바랍니다.

다운 받은강의 와이파이 없이 재생하게 하면 안되나요? 예전처럼요! 왜 갑자기 와이파이 연결해야지만 다운재생 가능하게 하셔서ㅠㅠ 와이파이 신호가 약해도 수시로 듣다 오류로 튕깁니다.. 그리고 재생배속2.0이상 지원이 안되면 매번 강의 눌러서 속도 버튼 안눌러도 자동으로 설정될 수 있게 해 주시면 안되나요? 또한 목록 연속재생이라고 할 수 있게 지원해 주시면 안될지요? 다른 인터넷학원 강의 사이트들은 4.0배속까지 지원되고, 와이파이 없어도 재생되고, 자동 배속 설정되고,연속재생 할 수 있는데 왜 스타플레이어는 사용하기 이렇게 불편할까요?..

저희 StarPlayer는 다운로드 강좌에 대해 PMP 처럼 이용할 수 있도록 처리가 가능합니다.
즉, 다운로드 받은 상태에서 오프라인 상태에서도 재생이 가능토록 하는 기능이지만 이 형식으로 이용 가능토록 결정하는 사항은 
이용 중인 교육 사이트에서 설정하는 사항이며 이는 해당 사이트 정책임에 따라 저희가 결정할 수 없는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
