When I downloaded the app initially I worked my way up and was able to participate in the grid, but after being reset through one if the updates despite being at the highest level, I still can’t access the mystery grid. At I the only one? ### 4/5 — Favorite Game So Far *2018-01-17, version 1.1.4* This is the only game I’ve downloaded and kept on my phone for more than a few months. Even though the game boards repeat there are so many that you don’t remember them and the Explorer board keeps it fun because it’s basically looking for the prize in the cereal box 😋 Only gave it four stars because there are some glitchy boxes on certain game boards that they still have not fixed. ### 2/5 — Good fun but updates are annoying *2017-10-28, version 1.1.4* I really enjoy playing and the puzzles are increasingly challenging. But nearly every time the app updates, all my progress is erased. Additionally, there’s never an option to skip the tutorial. So in two months, I’ve had to start over 3 times and have suffered through the opening tutorial about 8 times. Can you please fix these glitches!!!! Update: was up to 275 and lost all my progress. I have most recent version of the game and am completely frustrated now. I love any type of puzzle game, but I just love the whole atmosphere of this game. I like that I am can keep playing while waiting for packs to open and there are various ways to progress. Just uninstalled as it's started me back to a new player (and not the first time it's done this) and lost all progress. Would consider reinstalling after bugs ironed out in 6-12 months time ### 3/5 — Addicting but frustrating *2017-09-10, version 1.1.4* I love this type of puzzle game and this one is a never ending one. Not like typical in-store purchase games where your limited to a certain amount of plays then you have to wait until more available. This one you can play for hours at a stretch and never get cut off. What is frustrating is that it has repeatedly lost my data so it acts like I'm a new player and sends me through the new player tutorial again. The first time I'd not connected it to Facebook so I was basically a new player again. So if you do like this game make sure you connect it to an account to keep your stuff. It also gets a bug where the gold reward pop up doesn't go away and then you have to hard close the app to clear it. ### 2/5 — In game purchases are a waste *2017-09-09, version 1.1.4* I happily played for a month with no issues. Now the game resets itself every couple of days, going back to the tutorial. Most times it did, it kept my original scores and cards. This time I opened the game and everything was gone. My score, all my progress building packs, my personal best score, everything was reset. I'd hate to have spent real money on an in app purchase just to have it taken away when you're getting good. Like most other reviewers, I'm frustrated. And yes I have great wifi so it's not my connection. ### 1/5 — Started me over- iPhone 7 Plus *2017-09-30, version 1.1.4* I have been playing the game for a month, and enjoyed it enough to look past the bugs here and there (having to go thru the tutorial sometimes when opening the app, etc), because overall it's a fun game to play... until today when I opened it for the first time this week (having been super busy) to find that it completely started me over. Down from 975 points to 10, all my collections gone, diamonds gone, everything. Sorry to say but after this I will be uninstalling. Only so many glitches you can ignore before you say enough is enough. Even though my game is connected to Facebook, which should save my entire progress, it still starts me off with the lowest level puzzles and I have to work my way up to the harder ones. So I'm stuck doing the lowest level puzzles while it's giving me challenges for puzzle boards I no longer have access to, so I'm missing out on those benefits PLUS I no longer can access to multiplayer. It's reset my game 4x since the last update and I'm giving up. The devs are zero help. So unless you enjoy working for hours and hours to get to higher levels only to be knocked back down to the lowest and cutoff from all of the benefits you worked hard to achieve again and again and again, wait till they get things together. ### 1/5 — Fun but restarts and you lose all your work! *2017-09-10, version 1.1.4* Reset on me twice and I had to start from the beginning again.. The game hasn't been freezing but, the game if closed will start over with the tutorial and remove all packs previously earned. The graphics are great, colors vibrant, sound effects very satisfying. I love the puzzles and feel like their difficulty is just right. There are a few really hard ones, but you’re never stuck without the ability to skip them if you’re patient. If you’re not, you can purchase gems, if you can’t, just wait a bit. I have bought gems to support the developers. I think that other than a few glitches (and, please, please....an ability to skip the tutorial) it’s very well executed. Other than tickets for multiplayer, there are no annoying “lives” that you have to wait for. I could play for hours as the puzzles are always different. So far no “unsolvable” puzzles.
