Says they have 24/7 customer service but not for business accounts. It’ll take you multiple times to reload the app in order to get into your account to even see the accurate numbers. You have to refresh the app multiple times in order to see the accurate numbers sometimes reloading doesn’t even help. It’ll just tell you your account is unavailable and not let you see the numbers at all. I gave this bank a shot because I thought it was brand new and they would fix the but they didn’t. You will also get notified of all your transactions multiple times via text and via the phone multiple days later which will confuse you. ### 1/5 — Transfer time *2026-08-18, version 5.5.26* It takes a while for money to be transferred in to the account most times it takes a week or two sometimes longer before it gets to the account and it does this constantly. This has caused delays in things and they refuse to fix it as many users deal with the same issue so clearly the developers do not care or listen to the users as they continue to ignore this issue and do nothing about it. Wasn’t until after creating the account that the full details of the rates was listed which didn’t originally entail having to have 1500$ deposited monthly in order to qualify for more than 1% interest. App is great, company is a typical dishonest bank ### 1/5 — It took a week to deposit a $50 check. *2026-07-02, version 5.5.22* I normally use BECU as my main checking account but I had some fraud and couldn't use them this time so I decided to use my back up Axos. Normally I am used to a $50 check being available instantly because BECU trusts its members and isn't so cheap that they are afraid to risk $50. It has been a week and still nothing. ### 1/5 — Constantly over drafting my primary checking account *2026-06-30, version 5.5.18* I have a loan with this bank which I set to auto payments. Every month they have over drafted me twice the amount owed. It pulls from my primary bank account and I have to call the bank and fight with them every month to get refunded. I don’t understand why it keeps taking double payments. Also the app is slow to reflect pending payments or transactions. When you call they never take care of the problem same day.
