I'm getting fed up with apps like this who won't program for landscape.  There are people who use tablets for banking you know.  Sorry it cost more to program in the function but it does speak volumes about how much you really care about customer service.

Terrible and unintuitive app layout. I had separate automatic payments setup on mobile and desktop, and couldn’t see the other one on a given platform. So I couldn’t see mobile auto payments on desktop, or desktop auto payments on mobile. Loads very slowly. All around bad design.

Why do i have to 'upgrade' to an app that does not recognize my thumbprint, has its icons and details in US dollars when i bank with an english bank.   Impossible

This is the worst bank I have ever used. Don’t ever bank with Nationwide or their online bank Axos. They say checks will be processed within 1-3 business days - it takes over a week. You can’t deposit cash, so I have to go to Amscot and get a check. I try to transfer money from venmo into my account instantly, pay for the instant transfer, and then they tell me it will take a business day or longer to process. I try to call their customer service line and spend 5 hours on and off of hold. It’s ridiculous. Then when I’m finally off of hold, they hang up. I already switched, but im still waiting for my money.

The developer contacted me (see comments) and told me to email the support team which I had already done and they told me they couldn’t do anything, which is untrue.
