### 1/5 — Doesn’t connect, verified right app and stereo

Like everything else to do with my new Axxera ASC419N, this app does not work.  The app will launch but not connect to the head unit, despite being connected with Bluetooth.  Plugging into the USB port does not work either.  As of now, I would never recommend this app or any other Axxera products.  Customer support has not been able to help me either.

If you don’t have an Axxera compatible radio for the app than don’t download it because it won’t work
