Just spins and says “connecting device”, never actually connects

Axxera seems to be a constantly failing product. I’ve had my head unit replaced twice. Tried android and iPhone connection, Bluetooth. Just spins. With todays technology, connecting via Bluetooth should be so easy!

If you leave the app and come back it doesn’t work. You have to restart the app every time. Also for some reason you are allowed to swipe down, which leave the window you were in, rendering it useless again, until you restart it again. Even when it works, it’s pretty useless. I would only use it for volume when I can’t reach the knob.

The 1 star comments are from people that do not have an Axxera  compatible radio and can’t read well.

If you don’t have an Axxera compatible radio for the app than don’t download it because it won’t work
