Got this system with my brand new Thor motor coach.  The Nav won’t work unless you pair with a phone, the phone won’t work unless you create an account, and you can’t create an account when the server isn’t sending the verification email like it should.

No link for technical support.

Company website is in all Chinese, no support link in English.  No phone number.

And I hear we will need to pay a subscription?  For what, the maps?  I think I’ll just glue my phone to the head unit because all that stuff is already available on my phone without requiring this linking and sign up process.

I think the company that runs this app doesn’t exist.

This can with my motor home and is an absolute disaster. Took me over dirt roads yesterday putting me and my family at risk let alone damage to my motorhome. Whoever developed this app should be ashamed of themselves. Waze yes. 

Also half the time the app quits working in the middle of a trip. Waste of $70. Don’t use this app if you want a safe route.

This might be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used, let alone for navigation.  Should have been free for me to use as part of my Thor motor home purchase.  The activation code was invalid and no matter what menu I try access now, it tries to force me to pay $80 for something that should be part of my new RV.  There is no way to sign out of the app or really do anything.  Poorly programmed and shameful implementation.  I would never pay $80 for this product and now I don’t even want anything to do with it for free.

Requires email and password to use. Registered my email and password but never got a confirmation of receipt by Axxera (2 days, yes I verified email & checked Spam). What's the point if you can't log in!

Maybe I’m missing something but this app always seems to route me off major roads and through tiny towns adding hours to my trip. It also locks up many times during use. Would love to use this app as it connects to my 2020 Thor Miramar but until someone can tell me how to get this program to route me on a more normal path it’s basically unusable.

My generic Garmin GPS just routed me on a road with 8’ 6” clearance. Not a problem with a car but I’m in an RV. So I looked at Amazon and see that available RV GPS’ get terrible reviews. This Axxera RV app has no reviews but I downloaded it anyway. The app correctly warned me about the low clearance at I encountered and gave the correct alternative.  Unfortunately this app went from free to $80 so is no longer compelling given its limitations. No iPad version, just iPhone. Clunky, unintuitive interface that I’d put up with for free, but not at the new price. Deleting.

Do not download this app if you did not purchase or own an ASC419N receiver it will not work after the 30 day trial period.

When you purchase this radio you will also get an activation code to activate the app with a verified email address.

I recently purchased a new Thor Motor Coach and was able to get this navigation app free to work with my very cool 10” stereo touch screen.  I feel much safer using this app versus App Maps or Google/Waze.  The Axxera RV app will rout you by the size of your RV.  Those other navigation apps think your in a car/truck and could lead you down the wrong path and get you in some trouble in a big rig!  I will still use my Apple/Google/Waze apps in my personal vehicle but the Axxera RV app will be my choice when headed out for a weekend adventure in my new Clasd A Motorhome.
