I’m really disappointed that I paid for the service but do not have access to it due to that it was discontinued because apparently I am using the wrong router, this is the same router I have been using since I started with Axxess and without any notification It was just cut off and I only got feedback after almost 3 weeks. I am considering cancelling as it is.

The support team is great. Stable connection and an app that is simple and works

I would however like to see flexibility in debit order payment dates. I do not have an option to choose my preferred debit order date.

Support agents tell us to go to the web and log tickets. The app should ideally replicate the web and vice versa. I think I might just cancel. I was trying to move homes with my package but I think I will try webAfrica. It’s cheaper too.

They don’t cater for people who get paid on the 15th , they will disconnect your service on the first even after you make payments on the 15th of every month 
Once you paid they will not give you an eta of when your service will be activated. The agents are rude and have no idea of what is happening. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES
