This app is great. Really easy to navigate and use. So much helpful content. Something for every situation. I’ve found it so helpful.

I really love the Aya app. The app itself is calming to view, well set out and easy to use. The sound tracks used for the different practices are perfect - both energising and calming. I tried the lunch time clarity walk today and it was just what I needed and now saved in favourites. It helped me to feel more focused ready for the afternoon. I look forward to using the app more. Thank you
