These facilities can cancel you without penalties, especially if it's within their two-hour window without pay or travel reimbursement. I’m a CNA, and when I get credentialed for a facility, I expect to work, not just barely get by, especially when I could have found work on other apps like Medely, which doesn't play around. When facilities cancel, they make sure you're paid for at least four hours. My recruiter barely responds, and I wish I had my old one back or someone who takes me more seriously. Other than that, Aya is okay; pay is decent, but they take out so much in taxes—I'm not sure if it's all taxes or something else. I have no idea; it’s a lot to handle with many hoops to jump through. NEVER got assigned a recruiter. Profiled updated and had everything done…just waiting and more waiting. Emailed the help desk TWICE…NOTHING. Called and a nice lady answered and said that she would send my account to the recruiter’s list so I would be assigned a recruiter…guess again? NOTHING!!!! There reputation for ruining a health care professional career is very true. The recruiters operate on their time , or no time . I had a contract that didn’t specify my pay but gave me a start date . The recruiter never told the company of the discrepancy with my pay and documented that I was a no show. The managers over recruiters will even defend the bad recruiter’s. So yes believe the Reddit post when they say this company will tarnish your career and have your character assonated and put on a black list . Tread water lightly and i even recommending going with another brand because my experience was horrible and yes they will bait switch the pay and then give you lower pay than what the job listing says. The leadership is poor the company is very bad morally all they care about is money from the contract. The reputation is true the law suits are their for a reason . Oh if you negotiate any fine print your recruiter may black list you an tell others don’t work with you even when you request another recruiter. The recruiter may also delegate task to other unqualified employees while they take days off or vacation. They will black list you and lie about your character and this will be documented for every hospital company .
