After several years of intermittent bouts of IBS-type symptoms, 4 colonoscopies, multiple ER visits, and 3 months of testing at Mayo Clinic, I was diagnosed with DGBI.  When I asked my gastroenterologist about nutrition and disease management resources, she recommended Ayble.  The online meetings with the dietitian and coach helped build my confidence in my ability to manage all phases of the diet, and the mind-gut exercises have been very helpful in managing symptoms.  The online tracking tool made documentation very easy.  I highly recommend this program for anyone with a problematic gut!

Wonderful app! Amazing staff. I learned so much from this app. I finally felt like someone was helping me personally with my GI issues. The Mind Gut work was life changing. I now look at my GI issues and other issues with a different more positive lens. The app is easy to use and has so many helpful tips. The most amazing part is the one on one sessions. I really felt like my health was in my hands and the staff gave me so many helpful strategies. I recommend this app 100%!!

I am sure that the app is great, but I found myself not logging my food, which is my own issue, not the app’s problem. I have searched everywhere on the app to cancel before my trial and am anale to find it anywhere. again, I’m sure the app is great when being used, but it shouldn’t be so difficult to search for a cancel button.
