## What is AYDEXA?

AYDEXA helps New Yorkers understand official benefits, services and time-sensitive opportunities in English and Spanish. Browse verified program details, review official links, save useful programs locally, find guidance by need, prepare a temporary document checklist and listen to supported content with your device’s voice.

When you choose Camera, AYDEXA reads a letter image on your device, masks supported sensitive identifiers, and sends only the protected text through its authenticated service to OpenAI to prepare a structured explanation. The original image is not uploaded. AYDEXA does not save document text or explanations in its database or ordinary logs. Always compare the explanation with the original letter.

An optional AYDEXA account supports AYDEXA+ membership features and account management. Purchases are processed by Apple and subscription status is coordinated securely through RevenueCat.

AYDEXA is an independent information service operated by Grodify LLC, not a government agency. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by New York City, New York State, the United States government or any agency. AYDEXA does not determine eligibility, submit applications or guarantee benefits. Confirm requirements, deadlines and decisions with the linked official source.
