### 1/5 — No devuelven el dinero si te cancelan una reserva

Reservé el mes pasado con ellos y cuando llegué al hotel ya habían dado mi habitación a alguien más, procesaron una devolución y me mandaron un correo diciéndome que me iban a devolver el dinero en el plazo de un mes y no fue así no me devolvieron nada
Además no tiene canales de comunicación para estos casos solo tiene un menú de WhatsApp hacer reservas
Muy malo
No lo recomiendo

Su pago en la aplicación no es en tiempo real. Quizás los invitados paguen hoy y luego el pago se confirme mañana. Entonces, ¿cómo pueden los invitados registrarse hoy? Their payment on APP is not real-time. Perhaps the guests pay today, and then the payment is confirmed tomorrow. So how can the guests check in today?

payment portal, but it is something that we already fixed. We are sorry for the situation.
