It’s all about convenience these days, like the other comment said, back to Uber. ### 1/5 — Can’t add credit card *2019-04-26, version 330.15.0* App won’t allow me to add my credit card. It just keeps saying “please check number”. I’ve tried several times and the number is correct. Tried another card and same result. Problem is you can’t pay by card if you book by phone. I guess it’s back to Uber, which has its app sorted out properly. ### 1/5 — Booked on the app - taxi office know nothing about my booking *2018-08-11, version 2.2.1* So booked on the app, tracking my taxi, lock up and get the kids outside waiting and go back to track and showing cancelled. Call them from the button on my booking and they deny all knowledge. Doesn’t seem to matter they’ve text me and then can’t get me one one for half an hour! ### 1/5 — Rubbish App - Can’t Add Credit Card’s *2018-06-05, version 2.2.1* Won’t allow me to add credit cards to my account - app keeps rejecting card details (tried several different cards several times) and it indicates “there is a problem with your connection” (when there’s clearly no problem with my internet connection).
