This practice may increase awareness, heal trauma of the mind and body, lower stress, lower inflammation, improve HRV and boost energy. Offering a wide variety of videos ranging from a 2-minute quick reset to 25 minutes full breathwork experience. The breath is as powerful as you make it. It's time to open the doors within.


To access all features and content you can subscribe to AYR Breath on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. What really sets this apart is Jeramy himself. He doesn’t just guide you through breathwork, he takes you on a journey. With his calm and reassuring guidance, you can genuinely feel how much he cares. The way he leads each session helping you go inward gently and effortlessly, creating space for deeper connection, clarity, releasing all that no longer serves you.

Practicing with these videos gave me the confidence to become a certified Resurrect Breathwork Practitioner, and now I’m excited to be hosting classes of my own! I still come back to this app nearly daily to stay connected to my personal practice and experience the benefits of breathwork no matter where I am.
