I will be a couple pages into one section, and it will basically load me back to the menu every minute or so. The app is pretty much unusable at this point. I hope it gets fixed! ### 1/5 — Ayr app *2026-05-05* I’ve been trying to use my AyR app to order. And the app keeps booting me out. As am ordering stuff. It logs me out and has me starting all over again. I trued to order 4 times and it just logs me out every time!! Not happy!! ### 5/5 — Great experience *2026-03-20* I was at AYR on Friday March 20. As I always have said what a great experience!!! I was helped by Kevin. He was great we talked about the Phillies up and coming season. I also asked about a product I am interested in buying. Kevin and another employee gave me great info on it. I left there feeling great and happy I shop with AYR!! Thank you to All employees!!! ### 1/5 — Waste of an App *2025-02-12* AYR needs to have one app for all states where they are located. This each state having its own app is a circus. I’ve used the app maybe twice before it told me I was not in a state that has a dispensary. Which is odd, because I have 2 AYR dispensaries close to me. I’ll just use the website, which did not work the last time I used it. ### 4/5 — Points were not showing up now they are *2024-11-13* Points are showing up now and exact after I used my 5$ off discount mobile app coupon I can see my orders and all! Please release new update kinda love it ### 1/5 — Not good! *2024-06-25* It’s a garbage app. It doesn’t record the point. ### 1/5 — This Application Loses Your Rewards Points *2024-06-07* It is extremely annoying when you have over 768 rewards points at your last visit to Montgomeryville store. I bought 1 Cresco 1g cartridge and paid with Canpay. Even discussed with employee waiting on me how close I was to the 1000 points. Today, a few hundred points disappeared from my account, and this is the 3rd time this has occurred with their application. I have all my receipts, but no one is going to look through them to figure out how my rewards points went down, when I used none! ### 1/5 — Newest update broke it *2024-05-24* Essentially useless now. No longer able to order from the shop tab. Says I must live in a legal state where a dispensary has a license to operate.
