The app is smooth and easy to use. The breath work training sessions immediately made me feel calmer.

Been using Ayro before high-stress workouts, and the breathing protocols have been helping. Been cross-referencing with Whoop and my VO2 trend has been steadily improving alongside my HIIT workouts. Clean interface, making it super convenient to do. Overall great app hope they add more features to integrate wearables.

Picture in picture mode is so innovative and the app UI is great. I’m a chud right now but I want to be like Rishabh Sharma one day and so I’m using this app religiously. I highly recommend this app and I think it’s definitely worth paying for.
