## What is AYU3?

AYU3 is a video diary you only record. Three seconds at a time.

■ Keep today, in 3 seconds
Press the record button and it captures exactly 3 seconds, then saves itself.
You don't have to keep much. No editing, no save button.
Record, and you're done.

Five clips a day. That's the limit.
Because there's a limit, the ordinary moments get chosen —
and a missed day is never held against you.

■ You won't know until you watch
Each clip is finished automatically to match its light and time of day.
A night walk home, a sunlit noon, a sudden sepia —
the same everyday life, kept in slightly different faces.

■ Videos become a diary
The date appears large when you play a clip, making each video a diary page.
Only the days you recorded carry amber dots on the calendar.
Pick a day to play it in one piece.
Play a whole month, and it becomes your own short film.

Stitching them together is the app's job.

• Switch from 0.5× ultra wide to telephoto with a single tap
• Pinch to zoom smoothly — even while recording
• Your device's lenses are detected automatically. Nothing to set up

Straight to the camera from your Lock Screen.
• Add "Record with AYU3" to the Lock Screen, Control Center, or the Action button
• Unlock, and the camera opens — no home screen in between

Three seconds, same as always. Still no editing, still no save button.

AYU3 Plus:
• Choose clips to leave out of your reels (they stay in your diary)
• Build a reel from clips you pick (alongside date ranges; order stays chronological)

Quicker with a long press.
• Long-press a thumbnail on Home or in the timeline to delete it or leave it out of reels

A new look for the date signature.
• The date and time on your clips now use a dedicated typeface for each effect
• Dates are unified as yyyy/m/d, the same across every effect

Improvements:
• Music you were listening to resumes when you close the camera
• Fixed reels briefly pausing at some transitions
• Added safeguards against clips occasionally recording without sound
• The privacy policy and terms of use are now available inside the app
