Ayuname is your intermittent fasting companion. Track your fasts, see your metabolic phase in real time, and get notified when your body switches to fat burning.

Premium, meals by photo, and the assistant one tap away.

• Take a photo of your meal: it recognises the food and estimates the calories, and you can fix anything before saving.
• When you finish a fast we ask what you broke it with — that's what teaches the app which foods agree with you.
• From the fasting notification you can finish the fast, log a glass of water or open the assistant, without opening the app.
• Pick the app's colour in Settings: five palettes, applied right away.
• The assistant now has a free plan and Premium, with gift codes to try it.

Also fixed: a crash when changing colour, and the time picker hiding the selected digits.

### 1.0.28 — 2026-08-30

Ayuna has a new look. And the assistant is no longer buried.

• Redesigned from top to bottom: light, roomier, with text you can actually read.
• The assistant moves to the tab bar: ask it anything about fasting, any time. It knows your history, so it answers about your fast, not in the abstract.
• Your fast is controlled from the ring itself: tap to start, tap to adjust the time, pause or finish. And you can finish it straight from the notification, without opening the app.
• Pick the app's colour: five palettes in Settings › Appearance.
• Log meals by picking foods from a catalogue — no calorie typing. Or scan the barcode on packaged products.
• A couple of hours later we ask how it sat with you. That builds your table of which foods agree with you, and when you break a fast we suggest the ones that work best for you.
• Live Activity: your fasting timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
• Share your fast as a link: whoever opens it sees your timer running live and the phase you are in.

Also fixed: sign-up with Apple and Google, the Live Activity clock on open-ended fasts, and the history screen before you have an account.
